Part 6: Deceleration

In Part 5, we got our robot moving faster. Now, we have to slow things down or decelerate. Just like driving a car, we are going to make our robot decelerate from a high speed to a low speed in a controlled manner. Deceleration programs are presented for:

  • —High Speed or Fixed Radius Turns
  • —Line Edge Following
  • —Follow a Heading
